Service can be terminated with the first 14 days of activation for any reason. Return Policy inlcudes restocking fee of $35 mobile devices ($70 for netbooks and tablets) will be charged for any return or exchange of wireless devices. The returned merchandise must include: device, charger, battery, instructions and any other components in its original box. The merchandise should be like-new and should have the original receipt.

Termination after the 14 days and before 181 days of service will result in an Early Termination fee of up to $450 depending on device purchased. Customers are responsible for the Activation Fee unless the service was canceled before the three days of activation

You will also be responsible for all applicable usage fees, prorated access charges, taxes, surcharges or other charges that accrued to your account through the termination date.

Equipment is not eligible to be returned if UPC code for the box is missing. At our discretion, we may decline your return or charge you a fee for missing item(s) that we determine are damaged or require service.

If you return and we accept your merchandise within the return period, we will refund your purchase price, subject to the restocking fee.

Purchases made by cash or check, credit card or gift card will be refunded in the way the transaction was made, respectively. Refunds will only be made to the purchaser whose name appears on the receipt.

Purchases made outside of Verizon Wireless- The Wireless Center Premium Retailer should be return to their prospected stores only.

Security Deposit Return Policy

If you paid a security deposit, it might take between 30 and 60 days to process the return. Any charges for service that was used on the account before the service termination date may be applied against your security deposit. The return will be issued in a form of a check to the account person.

If you cancel your service after the 14-day period, but prior to the expiration of your minimum term, you will be responsible for all of the above-mentioned charges, including an Early Termination Fee.

Promotional Sales return

Purchases made such as “Buy One, Get one Free” or similar offer, both items must be returned in order to receive a refund. For exchanges for the same merchandise make and model, only the item to be exchanged needs to be returned.

If Verizon Wireless- The Wireless Center Premium Retailer must remove installed equipment from a vehicle or fixed location in order to return or exchange it, there will be a service fee involve.

Returning your merchandise does not automatically terminate your service. You must call Customer Service to cancel service.

Exchange Procedures

Our customers are permitted to make one exchange on the device. In order to complete an exchange you must first return the merchandise which includes: device, charger, battery, instructions and any other components in its original box. The merchandise should be like-new and should have the original receipt.

Term and Conditions for Prepaid Plans

Prepaid Return Policy and Important Information Customer Agreement Acceptance By:

  • Agreeing in writing, by email, over the phone, or in person;
  • Opening a package that says you are accepting by opening it; or
  • Initializing your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept the agreement. When accepting as an organization you are representing as the authorized personal binding them legally to any Verizon Wireless contract.

If you don’t want to accept, don’t do any of the above mentioned bullets. You can cancel your Prepaid service if you tell us (and return to us in good condition any wireless device and/or any card you got from us with your new service) within 14 days of the date of purchase with the original sales receipt. A restocking fee of $35 ($70 for netbooks and tablets) will apply to all wireless device returns (excluding Hawaii). No refunds will be granted or returns accepted after 14 days, if the card has been used, if the coating on the card has been scratched off, or if your account has been initialized.

Changes to The Return Policy and Service Termination & Notification of Changes
